• To provide customer support and resolve refund requests.

For service clients:

• To scope, plan, and execute your project per the signed Statement of Work.
• To communicate project updates, share deliverables, and request feedback.
• To invoice and process payments for milestones and retainer services.
• To manage project timelines and maintain service quality records.
• To fulfill ongoing maintenance, security, and support obligations.

For all users: To improve our website, detect fraud, prevent unauthorized access, and comply with applicable laws.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data only with:

• Stripe Inc.: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's own Privacy Policy.
• PayPal / Airwallex: Alternative payment processors where applicable.
• Project subcontractors: Vetted third-party developers, designers, or specialists who assist on client projects — bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Hosting & infrastructure partners: Cloud providers (e.g. AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare) for deploying client projects — access limited to technical necessity.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/SSL encryption, access-controlled server infrastructure, two-factor authentication on internal systems, and NDAs for all team members and subcontractors. Client credentials and sensitive project data are stored in encrypted vaults and deleted once no longer needed. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

ByteLyra HUB may serve customers and clients internationally. Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service partners operate. Where required, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place for cross-border data transfers.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ByteLyra HUB website (bytelyrahub.com) and all offerings by ByteLyra HUB LLC ("Company," "we," "us") — including professional services (web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, branding, CMS solutions, e-commerce, maintenance, and security) and digital products (templates, e-books, presets, plugins, UI kits, and courses). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Digital Products (40% of our business): Downloadable digital goods including design templates, e-books, video courses, photo presets, WordPress plugins, and UI kits. All products are delivered digitally upon purchase. No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions, file formats, and included items are listed on each product page.

Professional Services (60% of our business): Custom digital services including website development, mobile app development (iOS, Android, cross-platform), UI/UX design, digital marketing, branding & creative, CMS solutions, WordPress development, e-commerce builds, web applications, performance optimization, maintenance & support, and cybersecurity. Each service engagement is governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW) in addition to these Terms.

For digital products:

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal via Stripe.
• Upon successful payment, you receive an email confirmation with your download link within seconds.

For professional services:

• Service projects require a signed SOW and typically a deposit (amount stated in SOW) before work begins.
• Milestone-based payments are invoiced and due within the timeline stated in the SOW.
• Late payments (beyond 14 days of invoice date) may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee.
• Retainer services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to pause or terminate work on projects with outstanding overdue invoices.

Digital products: Upon purchase, ByteLyra HUB grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product. You may use it in personal and commercial projects, in unlimited client work, and modify it for your own or client use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense the original files, or share download links with non-purchasers.

Service deliverables: Upon full payment of all invoices for a project, ByteLyra HUB transfers ownership of the custom deliverables (e.g. website code, app source code, design files) to the client, unless otherwise specified in the SOW. ByteLyra HUB retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality clause is agreed in the SOW.

Third-party assets, frameworks, libraries, and plugins used in service deliverables remain subject to their own licensing terms.

Digital products: 15-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase. If a product does not work as described, email info@bytelyrahub.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days. Not available after 15 days or after the product has been fully downloaded and used.

Professional services: Service cancellations and refunds are milestone-based. Cancellation before kickoff entitles the client to a full deposit refund. Mid-project cancellations are prorated based on completed work. Approved milestones are non-refundable. Full details in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For professional service engagements, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate briefs, content, and assets required for the project in a timely manner.
• Designate a primary point of contact for feedback and approvals.
• Provide feedback or approvals within the timelines stated in the SOW. Delays caused by late client responses may result in revised delivery timelines.
• Ensure any content, images, or materials provided do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Pay invoices on time per the agreed payment schedule.

All content on bytelyrahub.com — including product files, service descriptions, logos, graphics, written content, and proprietary methodologies — is owned by ByteLyra HUB LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Custom deliverables transfer to the client only upon full payment as described in Section 3.

Our products and services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or search ranking improvements from our services or products. Digital products are not warranted for compatibility with third-party tools beyond what is stated in the product listing. Service deliverables include a 30-day bug-fix warranty period post-launch (bugs in delivered scope only; new features and scope changes are billed separately).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteLyra HUB LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. For digital products, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product. For service projects, our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For active service clients, changes will be communicated 14 days in advance. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
